Frustration with Rear Heater Lines

So found a pin hole in one of the rear heater lines on my '04 Limited 6.0 and do you think I could find the part number for the replacement line? Having absolutely no luck with finding the correct part number.

If anybody has the info and could share would be greatly appreciated!!!

use JB Weld and put a steel clamp around it to keep it in place
