rear heater lines

does anyone know if ford has upgraded the supply lines to the rear heater core to stainless? just picked up a used 05' and it looks as though they might be[would be a great move if true/ rotting supplys on my past clubs always been a pain....]

Sorry, I don't know. I only know that I had to replace mine in the past. Used copper piping all sweated together all whole way back.

My 99 E-350 is leaking over the front of the rear leaf spring, caused from the hold down clamp, suggest wrapping ALL lines, including AC at this location to prevent it from rubbing through.
