Help! Opinion needed.
I was putting the lower intake back on my 302 yesterday and was torquing the bolts when the right rear bolt snapped. All the rest are torqued and tight. My question is should I try to remove it, which means pulling the intake again and replacing it, just leave it be?

Definitely replace it. That's a corner you don't want to cut (double entendre intended), and that's one of the bolts that surround a water port in the block. And get all new bolts as suggested, since one of them broke, the rest of them may be just as worn.
