Engine Code Troubleshooting

Hey Everyone,

New to the forum. Recently had my check engine light come on my 2014 F-150 XLT EB (106K miles). I had the following codes...P0299 (Underboost) and secondary DTCs P0016, P0172, P0175 and P054C. Did some reading/searching through the forums/threads and did some basic troubleshooting on the P0299 (check for leaks, pulled the diverter valve/PCV to inspect seals, assessed air intake/filter) and all looks good with no issues. I changed out the Cam Sensor and P0016 is now cleared. I am assuming P0172 and P0175 (System too rich on Bank 1 and 2) are possibly related to the P0299. I am thinking I might actually have a problem with one of the turbos (I am assuming 1 as the truck isnt driving too bad. There is definitely a loss in power but I do feel like one of the turbos is kicking on.) I am wondering if P054C and P0299 can be related at all or do I also have a timing chain issue as well? I am contemplating trying to replace the Turbos myself (seems like Passenger is pretty straight forward but driver could be a PITA). I dont feel comfortable doing the timing chain if required. Thoughts on if the codes are related and plan of action (should I have timing chain done first be a shop and then if still getting P0299 go after Turbos or should I do Turbos myself first and if P054C still there take to shop for timing chain)? Any other troubleshooting ideas (especially if theres a way to assess driver versus passenger versus both?).

Background on me. I routinely do what I call basic car maintenance (oil, air filters, break pads and rotors, and have done air intake, short shifter, and bolt on exhaust on my old Honda prelude back in the day) but have never done any significant engine work. Dont know if I am biting off more than I can chew.
