Question Small leak?

Hi all. I have a 2007 E350, 5.4 engine. There is a small leak at the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side. There is a small hose next to the large lower hose. It heads towards the trans I think. It has a slight drip right where it comes out of the radiator.. Possibly trans fluid or antifreeze, not sure which. Can I buy the end piece? It looks like it has a metal tube attached to it. Is it the hose part that is bad, or the fitting. Not sure. Does anybody know what is the problem? Is it a typical problem? Thanks for any help.

The fitting can be replaced and there is an o-ring inside on the ones with no threads
Hopefully your radiator is okay

That looks like the trans cooler in the radiator and you cannot replace the fitting on those
The tank needs to be removed and the cooler replacved if it gets ugly (new radiator)
You can possibly just tighten the nut on the cooler line
Then clean it all off and recheck the leak
Might need to remove the rubber line first and re position or replace the clamp (use lust one clamp, should work)(use worm style)

Had a similar problem two years ago. First I thought the fitting is leaking and at the end it was „just“ the rubber hose.
It seemed that the trans oil was going everywhere and therefore hard to tell where it was coming from.

In my case I replaced the hose and the problem was fixed. Although in my case it was the other side. Maybe also a good starting point for you.

Ah plastic tank, beware, you will chance breaking it trying to tighten that, time to replace the entire radiator most likely, age makes them brittle.
