Zf trans swap
Hello, my m5od took a crap on me and although the best for me is to swap a rebuilt into it I'd like to put a zf5 in it.
I have a 95 f150 xlt shorty with the 300-6
I have available a zf5 from a 7.3 diesel... I hear yesses and no's both... I ask because I know the zf came in 88's many f250's and in 95 was a special order so: do the bellhousing patterns interchange or not??? Thanks for help

What I can get is a z5- s5-42
just a yes or no please... is there a different # for a zf out of a f250/350 (I know that has no relevance) but my trans will bolt right up to a 303, 351, 460 lots of gas... but i also know some zf's came with gas v8s and since it's a case married bellhousing wha
