I swapped the DRW High Flow Grille from a 2022 F350 onto my 2022 F250. This grille is 2 pieces, the main grille, and the lower trim piece that goes along the bottom.
Is that lower trim piece supposed to have any metal clips on it? The one I bought didn't have any metal clips or really evidence that any had been on it that I seen.
It seems to sort of snap into place on the bottom of the grille, but pulls off fairly easy and the other day I noticed it was nearly falling off, only hanging on by one side.
I've tried to search Ford parts diagrams, but that's nearly impossible due to Ford's HORRIBLE parts websites.
All it has are plastic tabs that barely stick up enough to clip into anything (circled).
Is it supposed to have metal clips on the lower tabs (arrows) ? If so, anyone have any idea what the part # would be?
For anyone else that runs across this, looks like I found the answer at the link below where someone else swapped to this grille. Guess I've got to find some clips. https://blueovalforums.com/forums/in...hangepicsinfo/
Just another followup to tie this off for anyone that finds it someday in a search. I ordered and received these clips today. They worked great and were much cheaper than OEM.
