95 7.3 won't start
1995 f250 7.3 won't start just installed new hpop,cps,under valve cover harnesses,icp, and engine harness.got a scanner hooked up too it show 2300psi of oil on third crank you can hear the injectors opening but it's not getting eny fuel at all no white smoke out the exuast or enything

Fuel pressure good to know.
Buzz test would be good because new harnesses.
When i reassembled after cracking front cover.
I filled HPOP reservoir twice (cranking in between).
Didn't took any "excessive" cranking to fire it up.
