As far as I know the fuel lines were fine? Never had any issues with them. I was always skeptical about the fuel gauge though. Probably doesn't read correctly. What happened?

when going downhill with less then half a tank but more then a quater a tank it kills the fuel to the engine thus Turning Truck off and then the steering locked then drove into a ditch wrecking the truck.
