Hello all. First time on here. I have fallen prey to the p2007 code on my 2016 xlt 5.0 Coyote. From what I've read, it often involves broken actuator rod. From what I've gathered, it's almost always necessary to change the manifold. Is this correct? That's not a big deal except no one anywhere has one and it's on backorder with no eta. Does anyone have advice? I haven't taken it to a shop yet because I thought they would have to pull the manifold and not have any way to fix it. I just didn't want it to end up stuck in a dealership or where ever waiting on a part. Any help or advice would certainly be appreciated.
thanks, Greg
You can rig the shaft on the manifold so that it stays in the open position. That will allow you to drive it until you can find a manifold. Check all online sources to include Amazon and eBay. Try wording the search different each time you use a search engine, or search by the part number. You may get lucky and find one out there.

Just curious how many miles on the engine before it failed?
