Those tend to be better for nuts and hex heads. Getting them to bite a stud may be challenging

The new manifold came today and does not look bad. It even came with mounting hardware. I will get the SS hardware next week. Then it is to find the time to do it. I will start spraying the studs down with PBlaster, I prefer KROIL but do not have any on hand.

Good luck with everything! If you can take pics and post your results, that would be great. I may have to do this on my V10 at some point.

Best to get an acetylene torch...Heat the nut first to red let cool 20 secs and try....Do over till it comes off...You can also spray with water...
To get the studs out do the same thing But you will need the tool I mentioned..Heat is your friend...
Spaying stuff on like PB I don't feel does much.
Also you can cut all the nuts off with a cutting torch then take manifold off and use stud tool..You break em off flush and then the fun starts..
As me how I know...LOL

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I am moving and my tanks are empty and torches are packed away. I do have a hand held MAO gas kit to try. I do have a old school stud extractor that work pretty goon. Not fancy like what you listed but it does work.
