which clutch?
I'm getting ready to put in a new clutch on my 94 4.OL 4wd. I want to know if anyone has used any performance clutches or heavy duty ones for off roading. I want to get in some time on the trails this spring. any suggestions?

Welcome to FTE scottyusmc65. I'm sure that there are good clutches available from aftermarket suppliers. I have no complaints with the OEM clutch in my 97 2.3. My truck has been worked to the point where it really should have new leafsprings. It also has enough trailoring time on it to qualify my statement.

Luk's Pro Gold series is the best option. They are the OE manufacturer of your original clutch and they have designed a HD unit with the towers or offroaders in mind. Cost is around 190. Be sure to replace your internal slave as well. Give me a call if I can help. 888-462-2739
