And an air or elec powered "body saw" is another great tool. Hack saw on steroids.

Get a set of Deep Set sockets while you are at Harbor Freight getting the body saw....

I have an air powered one (not a harbor freight one, not sure what brand, bought it at an auction) and I use that thing like a hobo on a ham sandwich. It is probably illegal how much I use it and a cordless 4" grinder with a cut off wheel.
