Duraflap.com is where I got ours. You can make them wider and I did by 2” for more coverage and in the rear I went 2” longer.

A little pricey, but very stout.
Do the WeatherTec mud guards thay fit F250 work on Excursions? Anyone know?
The front flaps will fit if you don’t have any cladding on your Ex, I don’t know about the rear. The only flaps available are the universal straight mud flaps. The custom molded flaps are one of the “holy grail” Ex accessories that you might only find at a pick and pull yard. Good luck on your quest!
Did you guys with the Duraflaps go with F250 sized flaps? I don’t see an Excursion specific size.
If you have any problems ordering, call the owner and she will advise what to get. They may have given me a small discount for veterans/first responders, but my memory is shot.
Just a heads up: the flaps are not a direct bolt on procedure. Close, but you do have to make a couple of slight mods to get them working.
One great thing about the Duraflap
is that the bottom nut/bolt/washer configuration allows for tweaking of the the final fit. This way, you can keep them semi-loose until you get the bottom edge parallel to the ground. I can’t stand crooked mud flaps.
Bottom line: very happy with the outcome.
