Vacuum Advance on 75 360 F250 ca.

If it's all stock you can't adjust the vacuum advance.
What you need to do is get your hands on a dial back if you don't have one. check your mechanical all in at 2500 and then hook your vac advance up and see where you are.
If your engine does like the vacuum advance you might have too much mechanical, and that can take pistons out. or you may need to limit the vac advance. I'd find out what's going on.
