Piston delipping specs?

Speculation is pretty much the entirety of the DIY column. Things like, would anodizing the pistons before coating do anything good?
Since I don't imagine the folks providing the service are going to be specific in their findings, I guess I'm your Bartleby... I would prefer not to.
but I'll do it anyway and post pics.
I did find an old swamps video machining pistons on yt. They took off a lot of meat.
I get cnc envy so bad watching stuff like this.

I'd be so caught up in my own projects I could never make a living with a machine like that. I'd be on the corner with the other bums holding a sign "need metal every bit helps".

I noticed that first skim cut looked like it ran out shallower than it started. Then I wondered how many pistons got launched.

Yeah well, I don't have a coke machine.
Mine is a variation of the sieg X2.7L, a WEN 33075T. I just happened to catch it on sale a few years ago with free shipping, just under $1600 I think it was. Got some issues and some mods but surprisingly capable for what it is.
