2017 Sync 3 Sound Issue

I have a 2017 f150 with sync 3 that when I make or receive a call it plays on the center dash speaker only and sounds far far away. Like they are in a tin can. I have tried re-syncing my iPhone, master reset of the sync, removing the neg from the battery, and trying a different iPhone. The problem is still there. Sync is up to date per the Ford owners website and iPhone is running the lastest iOS. Bluetooth music works just fine. I am out of ideas.

Have you tried soft-resetting sync? And there are test setting buried in the settings to check each speakers’ performance. Can someone chime in here and offer directions how to do so? I’d have to go out to my truck to remember how I did it myself

Thanks for the suggestions. I have done all that. The speaker test does show front left and right are not working. It is scheduled to go in for service on Monday.
