Frankly, the 2023 Prius with its styling and a 55+ MPG rating is quickly replacing the EV as our next vehicle. We keep vehicles for at least 10 years and do not buy new any longer after purchasing many new vehicles. We do our own maintenance, repairs and perhaps in a few years the guinea pigs would have been eradicated from the new Prius. By the time a second vehicle is ready to be brought into the stable, the EV range should be near or over 400 miles per charge, the EA shenanigans should have died down and technology will have advanced quite a bit more.
Early adopters of anything are subject to the beta principle. You are the guinea pig.
While that really shouldn't be the case for something so expensive, it often times is especially where newish technology is at play.
Tesla already created the model that Ford simply could have copied. Also good customer service has nothing to do with the beta principle. This is simply a Ford fail.

Is Farley still employed?
From the video Ford stepped up to the bat to take care of this guy. Didn't you even watch the video you posted? As for copying Tesla, I'm pretty sure there's some legality issues there. Growing pains.

from the first post:
Ford did call back once this customers video went viral
Sounds like they only did their job once the case caught wide spread attention. Should every buyer with issue have to be an influencer to get their needs addressed?

That was my question as well---why so seemingly interested only after all this went public?
That sort of **** poor support is a "lightning" fast way to turn product excitement into frustration for their customer base.
I read an article the other day that 1.5% more Ford dealers opted out of the EV program in early 2023 due to more stipulations brought on by Ford. That is a small percentage, but if the trend continues, then support will only be more difficult.

Watch his first video and ask yourself, are these issues that could be foreseen? And why is it that Ford is betting its future on its EVs yet is making charging such a chore that self-professed solar and electric fans like the influencer say "you know that, Ford needs to do better".
Ford is losing billions on EV's. Study from Finland says there are not enough rare earth minerals on the planet for the batteries. EV's are not the future. This is a hoax. Power grab. FARCE!
