Same exact setup I had on my 94 F150 with the 5.0. Sound wasn't bad because of the cat. Lasted awhile with the Chicago winters, but had surface rust after the 1st. Tips looked good and never rusted. Without the cat, definitely will be louder. I eventually went to the Gibson stainless steel which was much louder.
Good chance a few bolts will break
Spray them all with rust penetrant (several times) and be generous
If you "tink" on the bolts with your best tool steel wrench... the pizo vibrations fron the tinking will draw in rust penetrant
Have patience and tink away for a while, before trying to loosen up the bolts/ studs
I use hand tools on those
I have their single outlet kit on my 4.9 and the sound is pretty tame without a cat. Still using the OE EFI 4.9 exhaust manifolds which are basically cast iron shorty headers.

Ah yes. I read the description finally. Twill be louder than the 70 series for sure. Long ago I had a 50 series with my Hooker LTs and a high flow cat. It was loud under acceleration but modest at cruise.
Went to a larger case Magnaflow and lost output noise from tailpipe sound and gained interior resonance. Kind of odd
Either way try it, the Flow is a nice catback. Paired up with that front setup should be decent. Are you planning on using OE cats or a single high flow?
I’ll probably keep the OE. I’m gonna cut it off, one day when I leave CA. So I don’t really care for it. I just need it to pass smog for now.
it’ll be a while till I get to the exhaust, but I need to plan for it since it’s expensive
It’ll probably be 6 months or so till I get to the exhaust, can I start spraying penetrating oil on it now? Or will it catch fire from heat when I get it running again?
I got a Lucas aerosol one too. Both are combustible. So I don’t want to catch it on fire but if it most likely won’t I’ll put it on there.
I got some other penetrant to use. I don’t know what cat is in it. It got replaced, someone stole the cat before I got it, and now it’s got a new one on it. I don’t know what it is, but it passed smog
Someone I know said they might be able to get a Gibson half off, how would this sound/perform? I know I’d have to figure everything out from the cat forward I was gonna get shorty headers with 2.50” collector with this exhaust if they can get it half off. And in ca you can’t have bolt on cats I don’t think. How can I get this exhaust system with those shorty headers, and be able to remove and install cat to smog easily?
I wouldn't buy any of that Blowmaster stuff. Also, headers aren't really needed for a stock 190 hp engine and there is no way I'd fool with them on an original motor. I'd just keep the manifolds and have less headaches. If the engine has better heads and a cam etc, my suggestion may change.
The Gibson stuff sounds nice with a mellow burble and some growl when stepping on the throttle, but with both stock cats it will not be all that loud.
