Suggestions needed

1950 F-1, trying to get a broken door hinge loose. Have heated and sprayed blast it on the screws several times and used an impact screwdriver with no result' What is the next step, explosives??? L

Drill a small pilot hole through the fasteners.
Get a drill bit made to run counter clock wise and drill the rest of the fastener out. Slang is "Left Hand Drill Bit"
The heat from drilling the pilot hole and the relief from removing some metal will loosen the threads.

Go to a hardware store for a left hand drill bit?? Start the first drilling with a regular bit and then the left handed one?

Yes, buy a left handed drill bit. May not be something your local ACE hardware store has in stock. You may have to go to a "Mill supply House" that has tools for machinist.
You can use a regular high speed drill bit to get a pilot hole in the fastener.
Use the left hand bit to finish drilling it out. With what you have done so far, the left hand bit may unscrew the fastener and save the threads.

If you drill the heads off, you can get the hinge out. Then look behind the pillar and you'll see the plate the screws go into. It is held in a sheet metal box that can be pried open so you can slide the plate out, and work on it on the bench.

When I took those screws out, I ran a thread repair die over the portion of the screw sticking out in the back. Then used a torch and paraffin wax + an impact with a big bit to avoid stripping.

They all came out.

I too have found it much easier to drill the heads out, retrieve the backing plates to you can put them in a vice, heat, drill, twist, thread chase. Wax, break free choose your method, but on my second truck it took way less time and effort that impact and beating in place to end up with the same results.
