I would guess its for AC ? The wiring harness's were made for all trucks/cars no matter which options they had or didn't have. It's just cheaper to make one harness.
The AC harness is a plug in after you unplug the non-AC harness.
Think it fits in the blower motor wire but I dont remember it looking like that.
Could that be for the buzzer?

Well we dont know just "where" under the passenger dash it is?
Is it on the left side, right side or middle where it hangs down?
If center most plugs are up pretty high like radio & clock even the dual tank plug or blower motor I just cant see being down that low.
I dont know if I will have time this weekend to pull the old harness out from the bins to see if I can tell that way.
It would be a pretty basic harness, no dual tanks and as I said you can add the AC harness to it.
