2004 E-450 brake question please

2004 E-450 brakes . Because of some serious wear we did a complete rear brake job w/rotors ,calipers, pads on our motor home and bleed properly . Before this we had good pedal , pedal is now soft after initial firm press , thinking some dirt got into master cylinder we changed it and put in all new fluid and we still have SOFT PEDAL , any idea what to look for next ? Diagnosis procedure ? TY

Look into performing a "service bleed" of your brakes hydraulic system would be my suggestion.
