ACM Upgrade
Does anyone know if its possible to upgrade your ACM from 2017 to a 2020 or 2021 the pin connectors are different then the 2017-2019, I have both wire diagrams for pin out, the reason I'd like to upgrade is for the SDARS as my 2017 does not get all the XM channels the newer models get. Any information would be great.

Along with the wiring changes, you would need to worry about the configuration file in the ACM. The new ACM may communicate with the 2017 but you will need to verify all of the settings will work in your vehicle. See the ACM asbuilt data in the F150 spreadsheet for the older and newer ACMs. There are some differences in the two ACMs.
