Retrax ProXR ... Wait for a sale and get $200 off unless you find a better deal while waiting. I just put bike racks on ours for a trip. I have been happy with the entire setup.
Can you stand on it? I use a BackFlip and like how I can stand on it to wash the nosecone of my rig.

I’ve had backflips and wouldn’t stand on them with the amount of flex it gets. I’ve also seen way too man backflips start having panel issues with heavy use and even fill up with water and become heavy etc.
Id rather use a small ladder, step stool, box, anything else that’s easy enough to put there in the bed for a moment while washing.

100% agreed on the bakflip gaining weight. I had one on the 2012 I bought, came with the truck and the truck lost 150 pounds when I removed it. I stood it on end and it drained water out for a week. The aluminum skin is very thin and punctures easy. You can stand on it, the frames are very sturdy, but its the tiny nicks that get into it over times, plus the rivets holding the lock bars in place the weaken over time that kill these things.
I am in the same market as OP, trying to find an alternate to the bakflip. My case is slightly different and posted on it a while ago. I have an under rail box that holds the compressor and tank, and need something that will fit behind it without pushing it too far back and getting in the way of the 5th wheel . I don't want to be putting any holes in the bed either to mount side boxes or anything either.
