Took my 2018Raptor into the dealership for lock issues on the drivers door they charged me for the repair. I was super pisted cuz I felt it was a Ford deal. Then 2months later they were freezing and I decided to call Ford and they said cuz my mileage was 37000 they would only pay half the bill now I’m finding out that this is a real problem with the Ford locks
Did they keep you informed along the way or only tell you after the repair was done?

Simple repair is to spray WD40 into the locks once each winter season. Prob NOT a warranty issue but a maintenence one. While you are at it. spray it on a cloth and wipe it on all door seals to prevent them from icing up and freezing to the frame.
