You truck, your money, your call. I bet us old fajarts will maybe go with the Torq-Thrust. And NO GO on the others in the pic. Hell take some old steel white spokes, a splash of matching paint, chrome nuts and center cap or a chrome beauty ring. Now that is old school, no money, no options, and make it nice anyway. NOT my truck, but a great example of what I mean.
Looks like fuel filters (diesel) under left side. If I could buy a set of these all would be good. Know a guy that has these on a van and won’t let them go. Been sitting for over 10 years. My idea of old school
Good eye, yes the truck is a diesel swap (Cummins). Yes that could be a Raptor or Air Dog diesel fuel filter system you see hanging on the dvr side in front of the tire. See the red paint behind the rim, old school slick trick.
What I meant about stock rim and paint and beauty rings.
I like these, or the unpainted version below.
With painted bead lock rings. Probably just "street lock" rims. Real DOT approved bead lock rims are expensive. And I doubt this guy is airing down to go rock crawling anyway. Cause that is a dang slick truck to go off roading.
Or some thing like this.
Can’t go wrong with Torq Thrust Ms in my opinion. I had a set on an F-body back in the day and they looked great. I think they’ll look great on your truck if you are going for a hot rod look.
Shopping for wheels is exhausting. Here are probably my top 2. Next step will be finding someone to copy and paste pic of them on to a pic of my truck. Then I’ll know for sure.
All these different size options are crazy. I never bought a set of wheels before so I thought it was as simple as 15,16…22’s. Phew
Black 15x8 "D spoke" steel wheels with stainless steen beauty rings and caps wrapped with 31x10.50x15 raised white outline (RWO) letter tires. No rust, stainless just flings water off, always look good ... IMHO.
