Yes, the same ATs. And you are right, a couple of sipes per block. But not enough for any meaningful winter traction in my opinion. And the hard rubber compound is still an issue for me. I just have no trust in the tire in winter conditions.

You live in the snow belt don't you? Are you finding the Wranglers to work OK for you? I'm going to run on the Cooper Snow Claw this year on a separate set of rims. We'll see how much difference there is. I spend most of the winter on rural roads so maybe that is a tougher environment.

I run from the snow when possible but the srw truck sees snow with off road conditions for work and play at times.
They fill the traction need and longevity need for me. I'll burn through a set of tires in a year on the '21' srw putting on 50k miles.

Looking at the snow claw that certainly looks to be a snow tire and if you're in a snowbelt area looks like a great choice. Lots of siping and a close lug design to hold the snow for traction.

You will never get better snow traction than running a dedicated snow tire like Blizzaks. Tires that do great in snow and ice have different characteristics than tires that do great on dry pavement in the summer or even in mud. Best suggestion is find a set of Steel rims and buy a set of Blizzaks. Swap them out seasonally.
