Speed control light?
Just a quick question, …1990 f150 ..302 ..manual box.
when you engage the cruse control , is there a light that is supposed to come on.
I didn’t even know mine worked ..
finally had got it on the freeway and it works perfectly or appears to.
but upon application of the on button there is no visible indicator that is actually on.

I was thinking about this.
seems kinda crazy really, I mean what’s the point of having the on and off button.
Would be nice to know if it was on or off just by looking for a small green light or the like.

Yep, I can see that side too….if you don’t know if it’s on or could you possibly rest on the set button on the steering wheel and it carried on somehow for just enough to rear ended someone…but then I guess you press the brake and it disengage anyway.
