Master Battery Disconnect
Have a 2008 F350 that has dual batteries. This is a fire truck that we want to put a remote master disconnect switch on to prevent battery issues. The drivers side battery has 1 positive cable in addition to the crossover cable and passenger side has 4 positive connections. Originally thought we could just install a remote disconnect solenoid but not sure how to do this with 2 batteries. Any suggestions?

put the disconnect on the battery main ground wires. You don’t need to use the positive cables.
