I bought this truck on a whim. -Maybe I shouldn’t have, but I did. I was given a test ride from the previous owner at about 10 miles an hour- for a reason. If it went over 30 miles an hour the front wheels would shake back and forth about 10 times a second… 45 degrees to the left, 45 degrees to the right, repeat. I found this out later, on the freeway, 60 miles from home.
2001 F250 Super Duty. 10 Cylinders. Regular gas. Modified. An apartment sized cab.
The engine is VERY good but I still have a lot of work to do on it before I feel safe taking it on the freeway again, if ever. Hello!

Reason: More Info
Welcome to FTE. The F250/350 series has had a reputation of front end shakes. It is correctable. However, in looking at your picture, I am leaning toward poor installation, or adjustment of the aftermarket suspension parts. Do some research and find out exactly what you have. All the parts, front and back. Then take that information and your problem(s) to the "Super Duty/Heavy Duty forums. The folks there will be glad to help.
Stop by your state chapter and join them too. Maybe someone there is familiar with the truck. That would be a huge help.
