Hey!
I have a 2017 F-350 Platinum with heated and cooled seats. The issue I’m having is with the driver side heated seat not getting warm. Tested the seat on Forscan and when the heated seat function is turned on the seat doesn’t rise in temperature at all. I can hear the relay kick on and a fan noise off and on for short time. Checked the Seat Heater Control Module under the passenger seat and all the pins are good, nothing melted or corroded. Could it be the blower motor in the back of the seat?
Temps are a little low, you could have (1) faulty TED modules that need replaced and/or (2) worn cushions that are not allowing the TED's to function as designed.
Did you ever locate the issue? I am having the same problem.
