suspension question

I have a 2019 limited f250 long bed. My truck currently has a 1.5in coil leveling kit in the front i believe. my truck sits a half inch taller in the rear. my question is can i run a 1in or 2in bottom coil puck without radius drop arm brackets? i also have airlift helper bags in the back would it be possible for me to go shorter blocks while also having the bags?

Nope.

Youre going to need that rake eventually. 2" springs amd a puck, minus well be a 4" spring. Youd need to drop the radius arms or buy new ones. Also reset the track bar angle and length, pitman arm, etc. More trouble that it's worth.

Using smaller rear blocks and increasing airbags, reduces rear downtravel (or sag), and reduces weight transfer under braking. Less grip, rougher ride. Not a good idea.

Its going to look squatty with less than 1" rake IMO. Id consider half an inch, more than level enough.

i think the answer is different for 2wd vs 4wd

radius are drops is for the caster...but there are also bushing solutions you can use for caster

separate issue for 4wd the axle moves off center as you lift....it just depends how much off center movement you wind up with..options are adjustable track bar or track bar relocation bracket

also need to check your shocks to make sure the desired position at rest is preserved...new shocks or extensions

FWIW:

If you didn’t buy the truck new you might check the as built configuration as the snow plow prep will also take a lot of the rake out of the truck and the front end will sit higher.
