hello new to this site,i'm going to test drive a 2019 f350 platinum on the weekend,is there anything i should really look for, the truck has 139,000 km ,its a6.7,i have never driven a ford. i presently own a gmc sierra 3500 dually with lbz duramax with 300,00km thanks
Welcome to FTE. Your question(s) really should be addressed in the Super Duty/Heavy Duty forum. The experts there, will help with any question or concern you may have.. On a personal note, 70,000 miles, on a 4 year old truck seems to be excessive.

Check the front end steering. My 17 had an issue and had to have the stabilizer replaced. Evidently it was/is a common fault. While driving at highway speed if you hit a bump you get significant vibration in the wheel that won’t go away until you slow way down.
i would be looking stongly at the front end and the tires, When you drive it does it go down the road without the wheel wanting to go elsewhere. the miles are at a point where the front end parts maybe worn.
Proper oil changes, check the oil before start up. When was the differentials, transfer case, transmission serviced.

70k in 4 years is "excessive"? Boy am I in trouble, my '22 has 54k miles on it in 18 months... I thought the diesels lasted forever, how is this a "concern"?
To the OP, shouldn't be much to do on a 70k mile 2019 truck...

That is funny 70k in 4 years as excessive....2 year ownership next month sitting at 92,000 miles now. These are trucks built for work, keep up on the PM and they'll keep gong. Especially if they're asphalt queens.
A lot of miles in a short time is not all bad. Indicates truck has had mostly longer trips, less short trips, less warmup cycles and probably low idle time.
Drive it at uninterrupted highway speed for at least 15 minutes. Make sure it doesn't throw a fuel pump code.
My previous truck's CP4 pump failure would drive normally on surface roads, and for a short test drive wouldn't throw a code. I could have sold it with a bad pump, a $10,000 repair bill.
