Rear Fender

Looking for proper bolt pattern for rear fender to box sides. Reproduction panels I have seen do not have bolt holes drilled or marked. Old box went for scrap.

Might help to know what year truck you're working on because the F-1's and different than the F100's.

Yes I have original steel fenders, with aftermarket box side panels. No holes in panels and no patterns to drill them

Mount the running boards and the fenders will fall in place, clamp the fenders in place then scribe the holes through the fender holes..

The F-1 fenders would have a different bolt pattern than that drawing though, I'm pretty sure that pattern is for the 53-72 rear fenders..

That is correct... this chart is for 53-56. That said, the later F100s have the same bolt pattern just mounted higher up on the bed side. I made a chart for the later model as well but none for the F1 series.

Just an example at how I located the holes for the side of the box. Although these are different fenders than the ones you are using. I centred the fender to the centre of the wheel then traced the pattern of the fender and mounting holes. The cardboard was just when I was figuring out actual box sides but did the same thing again when locating the holes..
