Either on the bottom of the hood or on the air box lid.

Agree. I would avoid using the “orange can of death” oil filter or any of their products. Other than STP those are the brands that I use.

I didn’t come up with it. That description of Fram oil filters has been around a long time.

Just a note on my personal experience, but the motorcraft cap & rotor that I last priced & looked at was aluminum terminal & wildly overpriced.

There MAY be different levels of build & price points for the 8s on them, but I wouldn't count on it for a 6.

If aftermarket sez "brass", I'd have gone with that because Ford HEI will eat aluminum cap terminals quick.

I also go Motorcraft copper & won't use platinum anything. There are tons of stories here about folk who's engines run like crap with em' till they go back to standard copper & recommended gap

The Fram oil filters have cardboard internal dams. Project farm tested a bunch of air filters and fram was 2nd to last place.

I also need a 02 sensor for a p0141 code. Is that the downstream or upstream 02 sensor?

ok I just Googled about the p0141 on this truck and it said it's the downstream one. I'm no mechanic by any means. It will be my buddy doing the work I just wanted to make sure I ordered the right one.
