I had Nitto G2's, 37x12.5 on 20's. They were fine pulling a 26 ft. loaded enclosed trailer. I think it's dumb to get mud tires if you tow often. Get a 37 road tire.

There isn't really a tangible gain in "off road performance" either. The is almost nothing that the extra inch of clearance will get you through that the 35's wont. It is purely for looks and comes at a cost to performance.
Yep, unless you are mud bogging or rock crawling your Superduty, it's looks vs. performance period. .....I'm often amazed at how many people choose form over function.
I could care less if it looked better with a bigger tire just if it rode better that is literally the only reason I was considering it. Looks are important but I don't care about 1.5" of tire looks
I run my 35" tall tires aired down all the time, the truck rides great. We even did a 5000 mile road trip in the truck last spring.
I do not think a 37" tire will ride that much better. Much of ride is controlling unsprung weight and 37's are generally quite a bit heavier than 35's.
I think there is more ride improvement to be had by going with an 18" wheel and 35" tire than a 20" wheel and 37" tire but a 37" tire on a Carli suspension would probably ride the best...
I think 37’s look great on these trucks, but my bed rail to fifth wheel clearance with 35’s (295/65r20) is already less than I would like. As long as I’m hauling a fiver, I’ll have to stick with 35’s.

Thanks. It's good to know. Now I just have to decide.
