91 explorer--doesn't run good cold

91 explorer--doesn't run good cold

I have a 91 explorer 4.0 it starts fine cold or hot, but doesn't have any power at all when its cold. Once it warms up it goes just fine. Any ideas?

how the rpm's when its cold???they should be at about 1500 to 2000 at idle when the engine is cold??

it is probrally running lean try cleaning the fuel injectors or maby the tps

TPS is the throttle position sensor.

it runs like it isnt firing all of the time, it starts fine, just doen't run the best till its warmed up. just changed all the plugs, havn't changed the wires yet. also the sensor that is between the throttle body and manifold, does anyone know what kind of resistance it is supposed to have?
