I plan to wire up some of the switches soon. I expect 2 will be run to the bed and 1 may be under the bed. Would you run the wires from the relays under the hood and under the cab or would it be easier to go from the pass through wires in the pax kick panel?

If you're not running them to anything in the cab then there is no point in using the pass throughs in the cab. Run the wiring from engine fuse box area.
