PCV questions
I'm looking for the location of the PCV valve on a 2008 F250 V10. Also there seems to be a control valve connected to the crankcase hose on the drivers valve cover. (maybe this is the pcv valve) The valve is located on the rear of the engine and has 2 coolant lines attached to it. Does any one have a name for this valve. Can't come up with any listing for this valve on the ford parts site.

I dont know for sure on your 2008, but on 2005 V10s, there is no easily replaceable PCV valve. From what I have read, the PCV valve is located IN the drivers side valve cover and is NOT replaceable. The valve cover can be removed and spray some carb cleaner or other solvent in there, but I guess thats about it....or remove the hose from the VC and spray in there. 2008 is probably the same....
