I got an email from 9am Solutions, Inc asking me to take a survey on my F350 and offering a $25 Amazon gift card for my time. I immediately thought scam so I looked up the company and it appears to be legit. Thought I would check to see if anyone else got this or has done it.
Took the survey which was legit. It took less than 5 minutes so maybe $25 Amazon card is not bad. It asked a bunch of general questions about how I decided to get a Ford and my satisfaction with it but then at the end it asked if my truck had been subject to the recall to get a new payload sticker. It asked how it affected my ability to use the truck. Because I lost 508 pounds of payload from the original sticker I said a bunch. Not sure who this is for or why but it didn't ask for any personal info whatsoever. It did know exactly which truck I have.
Just speculating but makes me wonder if Ford is gathering information for the lawsuit that was filed over the payload sticker error. If they get enough folks to say it had no affect they could show the judge that, see, nobody hurt. They probably wouldn't show him/her my response.

Could be the plaintiffs benefiting from the survey.

I never thought about it but you could be right. Makes more sense that way. I was so angry at the time that I joined the suit soon after it was filed. I had actually forgotten about it since it's been maybe close to 2 years since I last heard anything.
