So something weird is going on. Maybe one of you can help me figure out what. I've got all these codes and if I try to clear them out they won't go away or at least they come right back. I've checked the battery voltage and my batteries are reading low (around 12.3-12.4 volts after sitting overnight) but it seems to crank strong (both batteries were new about a year ago). After starting, the voltage drops to about 12.2 volts for maybe 30 seconds or so then steadily rises to just over 14 volts while at idle. Does that sound normal?
SunBun,
Your details appear normal, not sure how/why all those codes showed up. Suggest you disconnect both batteries to delete the codes then see what shows. Overnight battery voltage of 12.+ volts is normal and the charging rate of 14 volts indicates alternator is charging. Make sure battery terminals are clean and tight.
Perhaps a poor connection in the charge circuit, or tired wiring. I'm starting to see low voltage at the tow package plug on my 550 when I plug in the trailer. 14.25 at the alternator and batteries, but the trailer only see 13.5 or 6 at best and when the trailer battery is low, 13.1. Two year old Vilano 5th wheel. Seen it before on other brands of vehicles, just disappointed to see it on my Ford.

This part does. Your glow plugs are working and when they turn off the alternator is able to keep up with demand.
Do you have a way to monitor PCM voltage while cranking?
I just had an issue where one battery connection wasn't doing well and I was basically cranking on one battery, but charging both.
Since I have a fast starter I had RPM for start but PCM voltage was dropping far enough that the IDM wouldn't fire the injectors.
Checking voltage drop at several points isolated the fault, I cleaned all battery connections and now it starts awesome again.
Just as a follow-up, I failed to mention in the original post that these codes popped up just after installing a new ICP sensor (which I got from Amazon). I swapped the old sensor back in and all the codes went away. I never would've thought that a faulty ICP sensor could cause this kind of 'low-circuit' issues in other systems but I guess it can. I've ordered another ICP from dealer and will see how that goes. Otherwise, looks like the voltage behavior of the truck is normal.
