When you say the tub on the rear, I am assuming that you are referring to the bed which is used for hauling cargo? The body style changed pretty substantially in 2017 when they went to the aluminum bodies and the body lines won't match up well. There are a couple of threads where people put a newer aluminum bed onto an older Super Duty so you might be able to search for those and see how the body lines match up.
