I have a 2019 F250 super duty. Everything audio/radio works EXCEPT I cannot hear audio when using BlueTooth or hard connection. SIRI functions recognize my voice and follows commands, I just cannot hear transmitted audio. I have yet to find someone who has ever had this issue! Things I have already done:
Deleting devices
restarting phone/connections
unpaired/re-paird device
Replaced APIM
Tried all master restarts/reboots
New truck batteries
New usb cords
Replacing fuses
Ford dealership did a diagnostics (supposedly) and had nothing new to report. Told me I probably had a malfunctioning APIM, which I know is not true.
Even tried a brand new APIM and still had the same issue. HELP!!
Hey, I have a 2017 f250 xlt, did the EXACT SAME steps to try and fix it and no luck. What did you end up doing? Ive been stuck with this for a while and cant figure it out. Just installed my new apim module and nothing.
I am experiencing the same issue. 2017 F250 Platinum. System does seem to be operating correctly but have no sound. No sound from radio or voice. It understands me but I hear nada. Was literally shopping for new APIM when I found this thread. I have no clue what to check next. If anyone ever finds a fix they will make the birthday card list.
Tried: Deleting devices restarting phone/connections unpaired/re-paird device Replace APIM- NOT Done= did not work for others- Save $$ Tried all master resets/reboots New truck battery New usb cords
