Radiator help needed
My 04 F250 5.4l radiator is leaking on the passenger side. It look like at the tank seam. can anyone recommend a replacement radiator? May be all metal and welded end caps? Also the leak has corroded the 2 metal line at the bottom of the rad, I think they go to the trans. Anyone know the part# and which is in and out? Thank you

I got a new rad from the dealer. it had twice the cooling of my original....But I have a 99...
The lines are a pia if you live in salt. I finally went to stainless steel...and rubber.
I don't think yo can get the new lines in with the engine installed lol pia.
I had lines made from the trans and from the rad and used rubber along the engine where it was tight.
Had classic tube make them out of stainless steel. I had to send them specs to bend for what I wanted.
Adapters at bottom of radiator should be replaced possibly.

I've had good luck with Radiator Express. They list all aluminum radiators (no plastic tanks) for the V10's and diesels, but don't show one for he 5.4. Not sure why a v10 radiator wouldn't work on the 5.4, it'llobvisoluy bolt in to the core support.
