Turn signal relay 2003 excursion

I have no turn signals but do have flashers. The owners manual does not show any relay placement in the fuse box. Where is it located on the 2003 Excursion?

I'm assuming it's the same as my 2002...it's below and behind the radio. I had to pull the radio and the upper and lower dash trim panels. I suppose if you have small arms and are nimble, you might be able to reach through the radio opening. I do not.
