Like they say, ' Everything old is new again.' Late 60's and early 70's drag cars had twin motors in every configuration possible. Tractor pullers still do it today... I think 5 blown v8's is the most I've seen...
Sherman tanks had 5 Chrysler slant sixes working through a gearbox. Tough to work on.
I can't see what this guy has to join them together but it's not like he cast a single crankcase and made a "W-18" like a Napier Lion or more recently an Audi or Bentley.
But it looks well put together and probably achieves all or more of what he intended. He's got Ford guys looking at it for example.....
