Definitely a swamp cooler!

Probably installed in a former roof vent hole.

you can’t see him because he is just out of frame, but the internet weight police pulled him over to tell him he needs a bigger truck.

@meborder not true, looking at the specs on these trailers the weights ranged from 6k lbs to 9k lbs GVW and the hitch weight was listed between 630 to 800 lbs, the heavier ones were at about 9% GVW and the lighter ones were about 11% GVW.
