Today I received a $2000 Exclusive Cash Offer from Ford, effective dates 2/1/23 - 4/3/23......of course, my ordered 450 won't be here in time to use it.
They also sent me one back in the fall which expired on Oct 3rd, and the order banks didn't open until Oct 27th.
It's like they just keep sending me offers they know I won't be able to use....just to make me more disgruntled with Ford!!
Take it over to your dealer and have him lock it onto your order.
I got a $2000 one 1st week of October and they locked it on my 2023 order and I don't expect to see my truck until August.
I called Ford customer service and they said "Its up to the dealer to get it tied to your order"

I guess we'll find out. My order was placed well before the effective dates of the offer. And truck will not arrive (Let's hope it is built) before the offer expires.
I received a $1500 PCO after I placed an order for my 22, but when I took it to my dealer they said they couldn't "lock it in," but that if I took delivery of my truck in the time frame printed on the offer then it could be used. Turns out, I didn't get to use it, but there was some sort of $1000 offer in the system under my name when we did the paper work, plus I got $500 off for being a Farm Bureau member, so it worked out anyway. Plenty of others here have stated that their dealers have been able to lock their PCO's in place though, so it definitely doesn't hurt to take it to the dealer and see what they can do with it!

I stopped by the dealer today. The guy who I deal with who orders the trucks there said really nothing he can do...my truck was ordered in October 2022....well before the effective dates of the offer.
He did say if I get within a few days of the expiration and my truck hasn't arrived ( ...very unlikely it will arrive by April 3rd....) then call the Ford Customer service and try to get an extension. He said he has seen it work in the past, but I'm also not optimistic about that.

I got my email yesterday and called my dealer. He said, send me a screen shot and I'll put it on your order. I ordered my F150 in August and have no idea when it will built at this point. So it is completely up to your dealer if they want to honor it for you.
The dealer has no control over if they can take it or not, it normally says in fine print order or take delivery and a range of dates. I had a PCO that I received after I ordered my ‘22 F350 and it expired before the truck arrived. We checked when we were doing the delivery and it showed no active incentives tied to my name, address or email. It showed the ones that were expired and no longer valid. The PCO is processed through the Vincent system not by the dealer. Unfortunately the system is designed to give you a glimpse of hope and never let you actually use it. They had the PCO in the file that I received in the mail from the time that I got it until the day of delivery as well.
