Getting the exhaust overloaded drive to clean message. I assume there is a pressure sensor in the exhaust that senses high pressure and causes the message to clear. I see on the scanner some data.Looks like there is an exhaust pressure sensor that reads in psi and an exhaust pressure sensor voltage reading. What numbers would cause the message to come on? I am assuming that these are readings used to determine when to clean. Thanks!

2015 F-350, 6.7, 24000 miles. I received the Exhaust Filter Overload for the first time. I ran the Vehicle Diagnostics Report and within 5 minutes I received a report from Ford via email noting the fault code and remedy. Run your truck at least 30MPH for 20 continuous miles. I happened, to be at an entrance on I-40 (75MPH speed limit) and followed the instructions to clear the fault. It took my truck 23 miles to clear the fault, haven't seen it since. Prior to doing this I called the local dealer because the fault stated to "contact dealer" in RED vice the normal yellow warnings. Was told to bring it in because it was a serious problem and needed their techs to run a diagnostic check for a fee. I had been towing a 13000 LB 5th Wheel for almost 1000 miles over a 10 day period in a very mountainous region, not towing when clearing the fault.
It sounds like it MAY be a programming issue... not sure. I have a 16 and daily drive my truck. I have never had a problem with the DPF and have never seen this message...
