Thanks LJ, I'm just paying it forward. It's too bad more people don't.
Every day is a Saturday when you are retired, only problem is I do more on a Saturday than I would all week at work. Jus Kidding.
Keep busy, Cuz if you don't use it, you will lose it. In My case it's My feet due to diabetes, so walking is a must.
It's Valentines Day and I hear the women starting to move about, so that is my Que to put on a happy face an find out what kind of day it's going to be. I've made plans for the day, but I bet the wife will have something to say about it LOL. My plan revolves around planed spontaneity, that means every direction we go and every stop we make will have choices and by what they pick determines where we go or what we do. No matter what, there is a good time in store "Guarente" Mikeke/EZ

I had such a hard time convincing parts people of this. If I even mentioned the word Cortina their response was we got no Cortina parts. As you can guess natural progression was, to move into pintos and did. Another crazy fact is there were less than 10 key patterns for the Cortina, It was almost like having a set of Fleet keys. Have a great day All Mike/EZ
I always wondered how they engineered such a different car from scratch in such a short amount of time. Now I know it was parts bin engineering. Very GM of them!

Oh yeah. THAT just happened!

Mr. Toads Wild Ride:
I started the day at the VA, and I turned it into a road trip in search of booty. All I came home with is a set of broken tow mirror's that won't fit. I had a line on 3 deals and 1) 4wh brake job calipers, rotors, pads 2) Throttle body w/spacer. and 3) set of headlights. After all 3 fell thru and what I had to go thru so far (only thing that didn't go wrong was the Expedition) :-).
I wasn't coming home empty handed, so I went for a pair of tow mirrors. The price was right 0.00$ so I grabbed the box and headed home. Smooth sailing till I heard this loud snap. I played Sargent Schultz and heard/saw nothing. Made it home looked at my booty and I'll be hornswoggled it was a small mount and had a crack.
100 mi Shakedown For The Expedition 60.00$ The Smile That Is Still On My Face Priceless.
Also I took lots of sound measurements alond the way,
So All an All it was a good day Mike/EZ

I thought I wnt OCD on the crown Vic, by trying to install every successful mobile system I designed for the last 20 yrs., and almost did. She ended up being a wilderness first responder service vehicle. and the name The Gray Ghost. Now your head is sinning cuz you ask how does this come together aren't you? During the Civil war John S. Mosby, a confederate commander would appear from the Tully fog and defend people that couldn't defend themselves then slip away using the same fog. to escape. Well the Crown Vic is loaded with most everything needed to slip in rescue whomever then disappear into the distance. The car is dray and performs a like service as Mosby Bam the name Gray Ghost.
Ok children class is almost over Please stay seated till the bell rings, your homework assignment is to go home and watch tv. Watch something about sex, back in the day and we will discuss it tomorrow. Johny JOHNY, settle down please or we will make you go first tomorrow. the bell rings and it is a mad dash out of there.an down the road... As Paul Harvy says Now for the rest of the story, but not until tomorrow LOL

Good Morning Clas:.
Class, Class Settle down. Stop that Johny I told you to behave, or you would go first... CLASS SHUT UP! Thank You.
OK Class what did you watch that had to do with Sex back in the day?
Mary erupts with I watched General Hosptial, Judy interrupts with I watched All My Children, and where there is children there has to be sex.
Then Johny jumped up on his desk and boldly states, He had watched Audie Murphy.
Come on Johny what Audie Murphy would have to do with sex! The teacher asks with a puzzled look.
Well, He was riding thru the pass, when the Indians attacked and Auddie Kills them all.
What would that have to do with sex?
It taught them Indians not to screw with Audie Murphy didn't it....
Thank you for spending these few short min with me ,cuz you aint never getten em back.
What a way to start the day Edification and a joke even if the joke wasa Mee Mike/EZ
